Entry & Supervision
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.
Direct entry is available with your ticket—no prior time-slot booking is required during the following hours:
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Dress Code & Footwear
Flat-soled, comfortable footwear is required. High heels are not permitted.
Some installations involve walking through water. Shoes must be removed in these areas.
Lockers are available free of charge for your shoes and personal items.
We recommend wearing clothing you can move in freely, and consider outfits that can be rolled up to the knees.
For a picture-perfect visit, white or solid-colored clothing contrasts beautifully with the vivid projections.
On-Site Guidelines
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Some exhibits include UV lighting, flashing effects, and fog—please be aware if you have light sensitivities.
